These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and CloFin ("we", "our" or "Platform").

CloFin is a personal finance management platform that allows users to:

  • Track the balance of bank accounts and wallets

  • Manage monthly budgets

3. Registration and Account

To use CloFin's services, you must create an account by providing true, current and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your registration information is always up to date

4. Acceptable Use

By using CloFin, you agree not to:

Violate any law, regulation or third-party rights
Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Transmit viruses, malware or any malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Create fake accounts or provide misleading information

5. Plans and Payments

CloFin offers free and paid plans. For paid plans:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Billing is recurring (monthly or annual, as chosen)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on CloFin, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is owned by CloFin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of our services or included software.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloFin is a financial management aid tool and does not constitute financial, tax or investment advice.

We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information provided by the platform. We recommend that you consult qualified professionals for specific financial guidance.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep CloFin available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance when necessary.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other justifiable reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP.
